How to use this dashboard

Every figure on this site is platform-computed from the pinned sources. The model never writes a digit.

Basis labels

Every figure carries a basis label:

• basis: period - a published period-level figure (report table or workbook tab total).
• basis: month - a published calendar-month figure from the workbook.
• basis: derived - a platform sum of published figures. 2018-H1 and 2019-H1 totals are derived.

As-of discipline

Published figures restate over time as notifications are assessed. The site pins the latest published figure per period, keeps the first-published figure beside it, and names the report that restated it. The history page renders the restatement table.

Golden boot

At startup the app re-sums the normalised facts against the hand-verified published totals for every period in the series (2018-Q1 through 2025-H2) and the pinned workbook hash. A mismatch aborts loudly; the app never serves wrong data.

Lineage

Every figure links to "Where did this come from?", and the provenance page renders the curated registry: the files, the hashes, the derivation of each dimension, and the curation decisions.

The chat

The chat answers questions grounded in the published statistics and the data notes. It refuses legal advice, anything that would identify a breach or an entity, and advice about whether a specific incident is an eligible data breach.

Reports

Signed-in users can build reports from the same figures; the report builder emits structure and citations, and the platform computes every number.
